My overall experience was positive with the exception of the final paperwork. We were there on a Sunday and did not expect the dealership to be as busy as it was. We were in the que waiting to finalize our paperwork for over an hour due to large number of people that were purchasing vehicles prior to us. Overall the dealership and the salesman were great. The purchase was easy, efficient and we found Craig to be professional, honest and a great host. The vehicle was meticulously clean and worth the trip as we were looking for a specific Q5 package. It was also refreshing to work with Reed in finance as there was no high pressure to purchase additional products/extended warranties. More

We found one at Audi Beaverton, we contacted them via email and received an almost immediate response. We were able to get enough worked out over email and the phone, so when we arrived the plan was to test drive the car and then make a final decision. We connected with Craig almost immediately. He was very sensitive about our time and not wasting it. We would not hesitate to purchase another car from Audi Beaverton and will ask for Craig to help us! More

This team epitomizes what I hope everyone looks for in a car dealer and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I might be a lifetime Audi owner because of this experience! More
