I arrived at the dealership after having my battery jumped two mornings in a row! My leased car is only 10 months old with under 6000 miles. I did not have much time, but Craig took me in rapidly & the jumped two mornings in a row! My leased car is only 10 months old with under 6000 miles. I did not have much time, but Craig took me in rapidly & the battery checked ok. No replacement at this time. I only hope it doesn’t happen again. Service was outstanding. My salesman even got involved & I made my appointment. Thank you Ganley Subar! More

I purchased 4 new tires on Friday. I got there early for a 10am appointment and Craig helped get me checked in. I picked up the car on Saturday since they needed more time to complete I got there early for a 10am appointment and Craig helped get me checked in. I picked up the car on Saturday since they needed more time to complete the work. The printout of the wheel alignment was not attached to the billing paperwork, nor was the free tire rotation coupon book. The service person on Saturday located the coupon book, but said I needed to contact Craig about the missing alignment paperwork. I left a message on Craig's line yesterday morning and have not yet heard back. I would like proof that the alignment was completed. This facility does good work, but it appears they overschedule for the service staff they have. The people are freindly and I plan to keep going there, I will just add time to when they say it will be ready. More
