I bought a 2026 Crosstrek Wilderness here in February 2026 and had a minor issue with it so I took it in yesterday. I can't say enough good things about the service department. They never try to sell me services I don't need (I previously had a certified 2019 Impreza from here and always came here for service till I traded it for the Crosstrek), and they communicate every step of the way. Everyone is friendly and super helpful. They had the part on hand and performed the warranty repair while I waited. And their waiting area is spacious and comfortable and well stocked with bottled water, coffee, snacks, etc. There's a Subaru dealership much closer to my home but Ganley Subaru Wickliffe is worth the extra drive!
