I came in for my first Oil change for my 2024 Equinox. It was supposed to be Oil and Filter Change, Lube , Tire Rotation and Safety Inspection and Free Car Wash. It was done very quickly. Craig explained It was supposed to be Oil and Filter Change, Lube , Tire Rotation and Safety Inspection and Free Car Wash. It was done very quickly. Craig explained the Car Wash was Not in Service, AGAIN !!! But when I got home, I got an alert from the Chevy app that said the 2 rear tires had LOW pressure. They were 31#, not 36# like they were supposed to be and the Front tires were 38#. This was AFTER a so called Safety Inspection ???? I didn't get any paper work showing what was inspected nor the condition of the car, from this Inspection. I was very disappointed in my low tire pressure as i was leaving in the morning for a Road trip. This is POOR. But I have had problems with Lake Service people not checking tire pressures . This same Equinox had LOW tire pressure when I picked up and my wife's NEW 2023 Trailblazer had HIGH tire pressure when we went to pick it up and we were doing the Dealer instructions and saw it on the Car Info on the dash. Very disappointing ... Like I have always said, Its the "little things" that make businesses SPECIAL !!! More
