Not respected Although I don't feel at all sick, I know a person can be A symptomatic carrying the corona Covid-19 virus and transmit to others. Therefore I wore a protective mask, out of respect for the service writers. I asked why the weren't wearing facial covers and was told it was their choice not to. I explained why I was wearing a mask for their safety not mine and they still said had the choice to and chose not to. When expressing my feelings to the service manager she told me that it was my choice to come in and she was not going to wear a mask. I then responded by saying correct it is my choice therefore I was not going to return after being a customer for at least a decade . I did call in advance on a Monday morning spoke to the Service Manager explaining I was a senior citizen to see if they were busy was told not to worry. Sorry I didn't ask if they would be wearing face coverings when addressing the public over a service counter. Hadn't you sent me this questioner I probably would have stewed in silence. Thank You, I feel better and have learned a valuable lesson, when going somewhere phone first to see if they are practicing safety and respecting their customers if not I will take my business elsewhere. After all there is an old saying "the customer is always right". That's if you want to keep them as a customer. More
