Dave knows our history and our vehicle needs.He is knowledgable,friendly, courteous and totally pressure less during the entire transaction. He always worked with us if there were any unique concerns or needs.The entire dealership staff has always been very friendly and accommodating.We even are recognized by employees that we have never dealt with. The service department is second to none. Kristie,Gary,Gavin,Mike and the techs that have serviced our vehicles are great to deal with. Services done in a timely manner and priced very fairly..Eventhough we have never had a direct transaction with Kenny Davis he always greets and speaks to us every time we visit the showroom.Every time we purchased a vehicle Vin would show his appreciation. Being a business owner myself, this means a lot to us. This dealership has a great inventory and truly cares about their customers before and after the sale. Great Customer Service I brought my car in due to a recall. I arrived early and was meet by Craig Rotter. He welcomed me and told me he would take care of everything and wo I brought my car in due to a recall. I arrived early and was meet by Craig Rotter. He welcomed me and told me he would take care of everything and would also provide a full circle inspection for free. While driving there a light came on and I had no idea what it was for. He said no problem and went right out to check the car. Turns out it was due to a nail in my tire. He explained that since they were new tires they were probably still under warranty and I could get it repaired for free or they could take are of it now for a small charge. Not wanting to drive around with this I asked that he take are of it. He showed me where the waiting room was and I was offered coffee. I would not hesitate to return again for service. More

Best Customer Service at a Dealership Service Center I have been to numerous dealers for service over the years for all makes of cars. Wantagh Mazda service was by far the best customer service I receiv I have been to numerous dealers for service over the years for all makes of cars. Wantagh Mazda service was by far the best customer service I received. I went in for an oil change and some other minor items. My appointment was for 8:30 and I think my car was in the bay by 8:40. I went across the street to grab a coffee and received a call from service on the estimated time, 25 minutes. I went back and the car was ready when they said it would be. I have never experienced this at a dealer. I've sat in service waiting rooms for over two hours in the past. At Wantagh Mazda, service was fast and more importantly, I was kept informed. They even replaced the battery for free on my key fob. The extremely friendly attitudes of Craig and the woman at the front desk was also refreshing. I would never have my Mazda serviced anywhere else! More
