I was charged $245 for a simple diagnostic, and was told
I would need a $4000 repair. When I got there, the claim showed the repair would cost $1000 (similar to online prices), and Craig panicked and said t

The new quote showed the $4000 price. When taken elsewhere, the immediate quote was a maximum of $2000, half the price at GMC.
