The new service director Christa is truly exceptional! She is definitely making positive changes there. I was irate when I came in and she didn’t yell or get mad. She listened and understood, then explained why things happened the way it did and how she would help if I was willing to do my part. Honda found a Diamond in the rough with this woman. Thank you for not only explaining the problem with my van so I’d understand but fixing it and being fair with my price! More

Leaving one star is an underrepresentation of the type of treatment me and my girlfriend received at Honda of the avenues. What seemed to be a simple AC fix with an official bulletin turned out to be a night treatment me and my girlfriend received at Honda of the avenues. What seemed to be a simple AC fix with an official bulletin turned out to be a nightmare. After being given THREE different estimates for the job, extra work done that we never asked for, and being told different amounts of freeon, we were fed up. Jimmy at the service department responded to our first call and proved himself to be a despicable person. After receiving a call from my girlfriend's godmother regarding the protocol for pricing changes, he proceeded to ask "Is she 15? Why is her mother calling?". Various comments were made of the sort and nothing but disrespect on the phone. We were hung up on twice. After speaking to Jimmy's supervisor, Bryan, he supported Jimmy's comment, in addition to bashing the godmother and asking to "speak to her husband". This type of disrespect is unacceptable. It only took multiple days of calling voicemails and meeting in person to finally speak to the general manager Christa, who proved that the administrators here are peas in a pod. Christa proved not helpful at all and all that was promised is to handle it "internally". It took 30 minutes of back and forth with Christa to get some sort of compensation to occur. Shady car people here, please take your money elsewhere More

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Honda of the Avenues and I must say it was a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail in costumer service, but they also had the audacity to t Honda of the Avenues and I must say it was a complete disappointment. Not only did they fail in costumer service, but they also had the audacity to try and charge me for a rental car while my new Honda was in for warranty. First and foremost, my 2023 Honda Pilot was still under warranty when I brought it in for repairs. I expected the dealership to handle the repairs without any additional costs. However, to my disbelief, they insisted that I pay for a rental car during the repair period. This is unacceptable considering that the repairs were covered by the warranty. It felt like a clear attempt to exploit and take advantage of customers. Moreover, the attitude of the dealership's staff was beyond disappointing. Instead of providing satisfactory customer service, they seemed dismissive and unhelpful. They displayed a complete lack of empathy towards my situation and failed to offer any reasonable explanation for the rental car charges. It was evident that they were more interested in making a quick profit rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. Considering the terrible treatment I received and the blatant attempt to charge me for a rental car that should have been covered by the warranty, I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Honda of the Avenues. They have shown a complete disregard for their customers' rights and satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reputable dealership that respects its customers and honors their warranties. I sincerely hope that my negative experience serves as a warning to others, and that Honda of the Avenues takes the necessary steps to rectify their unethical practices and improve their customer service standards. More

Both female service center techs were very courteous and provided great customer service. The warranty service preformed was done just when it was supposed to be. The service staff is wonderful. I arrive late on a Saturday afternoon. I was planning a 600+ miles trip the next day.
