A few weeks ago while my husband was there to get an oil change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200. He made an appointment and was at the dealership this past change on his car. He was told that he needed a new battery. And it would cost around 200. He made an appointment and was at the dealership this past Saturday morning. He was told told that It would cost around 350. Which is it?? His time was wasted. And the drive was an hour away. He thought that it would cost him around 200. This is why he chose to go back to the dealership. We bought our car there. We always go there to get our oil change done. We never had issues. More

The advisor was excellent and keep me informed about my service. After completion of service and before payment, the advisor told me I need new tires. After getting replacement tires and returning home, th service. After completion of service and before payment, the advisor told me I need new tires. After getting replacement tires and returning home, the splash guard under my car was not properly re-installed and it came loose. I returned to service department and spoke with same advisor about issue. The issue was promptly repaired. More

Great service from start to finish, though the dealership should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services t should allow for combining service specials/coupons for customers having multiple services completed in the same visit. For example if all services total above $XXX.xx, then one coupon per service can be applied up to $XX.xx just off the top of my head. But except for that everything was great and I’ll consider this location again for my next service and hopefully you’re offering specials to match my service needs at that time! More

Wouldn’t honor the new car service agreement, which covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the covers oil changes for 2 years. Despite being more than 5 months since my previous oil change, despite being over 5k miles since my last change, the company wouldn’t honor Honda’s new car service agreement. They make up a new rule that you must be under 15% oil life. Well those things can be wrong. My system currently has an error message related to the driver assist that Honda couldn’t be fixed after leaving the car with Honda. Three Hondas in a row, four within my family, it will be our last ones. More
