This dealership is very slimy. Be careful purchasing here. They breached our contract. They sold me grand highlander hybrid, i put 5k down and signed everything. Later they told me they have a first purchaser already and they cant negotiate out of the car. When i signed the paperwork, they didn't give me the copy, so i had to ask them via email to send me breakdown of my contract. Very very slimy, also when you go to the finance manager, make sure to read everything. The finance manager assigned to me, was trying to not be as clear as possible for the warranty prices. I asked for each price, he said everything so fast. So i asked, 5k for the whole warranties? He nodded, When i re-read the contract it was around 10k of warranty. I went back next business day to remove the warranty. I was told we can remove it when the car arrives. He said"I'll work with you" but you can sense the frustration. Slimy dealership. Do not buy from here. More

Every employee that I dealt with was very helpful. Breanna, our salesperson; drove the vehicle I was interested in to my office for a test drive. This was, by far, the most relaxing vehicle purchase I have even been through. More

My husband and I have been looking for a new car for quite some time, and were between a few different models, which were all Toyotas. We decided to visit a dealership in order to see each of them in pe quite some time, and were between a few different models, which were all Toyotas. We decided to visit a dealership in order to see each of them in person, and initially had a pretty unhelpful experience with a sales representative. So, upon a second visit we met Tyler and he showed us each of the vehicles. We came to a clear decision of what we were looking for, and Tyler took a purchase order from us, promising to call as soon as each allocation was received by the dealership to get us the car we were looking for as soon as possible. He also told us that he could guarantee a certain trade in value for our vehicle, as well as the MSRP price vs. the upcharge all other dealerships were charging. We heard from him a few days later and he told us the current allocation did not have the vehicle we were looking for, but that he would call us first thing when they received the next one. We never heard from him again, even though we emailed and called him several times, and left messages. Upon doing my own research, I learned that the dealership was allocated to receive the exact vehicle we wanted to purchase, with the exterior/interior color options that were our top choice. So, I immediately called the dealership and spoke with another sales representative who told me that yes, that vehicle was available, and he would get in touch with Tyler and call me back to help me purchase. I never received a return call, even though I explicitly told the representative that I would purchase the vehicle on the spot. We left an additional email and text message, and never heard back. Then, to make matters even worse, we got an email from the General Manager, Cristan Taylor, asking if we had found a vehicle or wanting our business if not. I explained the situation, and once again never heard back. I am beyond frustrated with this dealership, and believe wholeheartedly that the reason they never returned our call was because they knew they would have to honor their commitment to charge us the MSRP value for the vehicle that we wanted to buy. Since we first met with them, the dealership began charging the additional $5K just like the other dealerships and I believe they knew they could sell the vehicle for the higher value, even though they promised us we could purchase it for the MSRP value. Do not fall for their claim to have your best interest at heart, they are looking out for themselves and will quickly drop you in preference of a customer who will pay more. More

I’ve had to he best experiences with Heritage in Catonsville. I live almost an hour away but due to the fantastic service I’ve received at each visit, I will be sure to return.
