I was received by a salesperson Elizabeth but her lack of communication and professionalism was a big issue with me. After more than 2 hours of just giving me the runarounds they just keep on telling me to wait for the credit report to come back when I know for sure the credit it's not a problem and still was never told ANY numbers of the truck I wanted to buy, they were looking for ways to do not honor their website prices and to add extra money when the credit it's not a problem but at the end still not numbers were given to me, not a single price, I was just told to make an appointment to come back tomorrow. worst experience ever. Please save your time and money with these unprofessional car dealer that are just trying to pray on "innocent customers". Bye Phillips Chevrolet. Also their referral program is a scam, after 2 years I still waiting "my referral check" for two purchases within my family. More
