Honest - On top of doing everything else right I needed a new car and searched online to get an idea of pricing. Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing had the car I was looking for with the lowest price. I needed a new car and searched online to get an idea of pricing. Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing had the car I was looking for with the lowest price. I called at 7PM to verify I "qualified" for the price. Tyler told me it was an everyone price and I was sent a statement showing me all expenses (taxes, plate, etc). I was surprised how straight forward this dealer was. Most of the time I get the run around and delays. I arranged to purchase the car that night and they had it ready for me by noon the following day. I drove 3.5 hours to pick it up. I had to get back on the road quickly to make a meeting and Nestor made sure the team got all my paper work in order and got me out the door. Nestor topped my car off with gas like a boss, shook my hand and I was gone. The whole team was professional. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. More
