At the time of the sale, I had in my possession an pre-approved draft from the Navy Credit Union, since I didn’t not want nor did I saw the need for Mr Josue Moreno to process a loan request, since, I was pre approved. I purchased this year An Acura MDX using the same process and I immediately had possession of the MDX. Mr Moreno stated and I quote, “I guess, we would keep the vehicle, until it is funded, which normally takes about ten days…!!!” I was very much surprised at his nonchalant attitude. Oh, and by the way they were very insisting that, I should take the car for drive around to finalized the sale, I was later informed that that was a way of insuring that sales was complete also known as “California Delivery”…Well, as of today 8/23 and the sale was completed on 8/19, it has been 4 days since, the sale was final…on - 08/23-I was given conflicting statements by Mr Javier Garcia that the money had not clear…I left messages with Daniel Acevedo and he has not responded…I called the Navy Credit Union and they have advised me that the draft has been funded…you tell me what’s next??? I feel that responsiveness and the sense of fair play is not strong suite for Mr Moreno…he needs to be more cognizant and perform due diligence in the performance of his job…

Mr. Amiri, I’m trying to be as fair minded with this dealership, but I’m finding very hard to accept the lack of fair play from the management at Penske-GMC in Cerritos, Ca…you reach out to me at this number 805 907-2523. Since August 19 to the present day the vehicle has not had the Scotch guard, and mind you that the dealership had the vehicle for 5 additional days after the sales was completed, what does it take for your organization to do was right…you need reach out to Javier Garcia to give you more details regarding this matter. I suspect that Matthew is not minding the business of effectively running the GMC - Penske in Cerritos. I have not reach out to Matthew Perry because his under-links are running interference for him…
