I live about 50 miles from this dealership and picked them because they had the exact spec vehicle I was looking for. The entire process was efficient. I was able to speak to Cruise, my sales associate t them because they had the exact spec vehicle I was looking for. The entire process was efficient. I was able to speak to Cruise, my sales associate to determine my needs and next steps over the phone. He put me on with the sales manager, Fadi immediately. We went over my three financing options and determined what worked best for me and we basically had a deal. My family and I drove in to finalize the purchase and pick up the vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and the process was seamless. They even made sure I met all of the maintenance staff while I was there. Anthony took care of us in the processing and didn’t use any high pressure tactics. The dealership did not have any “add ons” presented other than extra factory warranties, which I declined without protest. I would absolutely purchase from them again, and it was worth the trip out. Although Vallejo was further than we had wanted to go, they had the car we wanted and the best price we were able to work out. Cruz made our purchase simple and efficient. He was awesome with communication from start to finish which I felt was lacking from other dealerships. He also kept me informed every step of the way as we had wanted some additional items added to the car before we picked up. We arranged to pick up at 7:30 pm which was 30 minutes before the dealership closed and never did we feel rushed. Anthony handled the financing portion and he was just as great. He took his time and made it simple and easy. It’s been a few days. Love the car so far and the follow up from Cruz was a welcome surprise!
