They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable..They always greet me very nicely and treat me (and my vehicle) great. Additionally, they always check to see if there are any recalls on my 2021 Ram, and if there are, they rectify the matter. It's also a very clean building that has a very nice customer lounge/waiting room area with very good coffee. I actually enjoy spending a few hours in there a few times a year!! Thanks!! JF More

Drove from Eastern Long Isla have had with a car dealership or service center in my 30 years of driving and ownership of more than 7 new vehicles!!! Drove from Eastern Long Island to purchase a new Jeep Moab at Sands… and when we realized there was an issue with the vehicle, they came and picked dit up, dropped off a loaner for me, and returned the car to my front door step after everything was perfect! Also, they kept me updated along the way. Have never worked with a nicer, more thoughtful dealership. Everyone there was really great. From sales team to finance to service. Despite living 200 miles away, I am a customer for life! Thank you Sands team! More
