Do not shop here! They use AI to email people, which we absolutely detest. We got some emails from a BOT and when he asked if it was a human, it replied that yes They use AI to email people, which we absolutely detest. We got some emails from a BOT and when he asked if it was a human, it replied that yes her name is "Scout L". Then someone else later admitted it was just AI. If they're going to use AI, the first sentence in the email better be a honest disclosure stating that the email is from AI. They should not use human names. Do not shop here. If they are going to use it with other customers (not me as I'm done with them forever), then the first line of the email should have a full disclaimer stating "This email is from AI not a human". They didn't do that. I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are deceitful. Continuously got emails from John Miksits pleading with me to change reviews. More

I have been going to. Sands Quakertown for 6 years now (about 15 oil changes) and each rime I go I have been very impressed by Amy and the whole staff. They are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable..They always greet me very nicely and treat me (and my vehicle) great. Additionally, they always check to see if there are any recalls on my 2021 Ram, and if there are, they rectify the matter. It's also a very clean building that has a very nice customer lounge/waiting room area with very good coffee. I actually enjoy spending a few hours in there a few times a year!! Thanks!! JF More
