Curt is knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and patient. He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. This was a big change for me, as I have driven and worked with Mercedes for over six years, and two cars. I decided to get a more user friendly, off-road car, as I camp on occasion. After reviewing all models, test driving, etc. of comparable size, I decided on the Subaru. I am very pleased with the customer service rendered by all three parties at the dealership. I love my Subaru! The quality and features, safety, gas mileage, are unsurpassed by any other models! I researched and drove all other comparable sizes. The first experience with the service department surprised me, as Justin was very nice. I did not know that I had to pay for gas on the loaner, as I never did with Mercedes. I drove about 10 miles with the loaner while they detailed my car inside and out. In this case, since I was adding more money from just purchasing the car, I feel that I should not have paid for gas. I understand that many people may abuse a loaner, but I have never been one of them. As it turns out, I used about $1.50 worth of gas, which was forgiven. When I need a loaner for service, I can understand the payment for gas used, but not when I had just purchased a car and was spending hundreds more. Other that that surprise...I have no complaints, and have been invited by both Curt and Trent to stop by for help with some of the new features of my car..
