I am a born and raised Tucsonan, and am now raising my 3 kiddos here with my wife. I love my job working for a fantastic local mom and pop dealership here at Tucson Subaru. I got started in this business helping out around my grandfathers Chevron service station when I was a little guy, and haven't left the auto business since. I started off in the dealer world as a Service Adviser in 2004. I was in service here at Subaru starting in 2010 before I started on the sales side in 2014. I am now in the Finance department, and have been since April 2015. Please let me know if I can help in any way!!!

Service after the sale-be careful Nice as can be before money changed hands. Became a non-person after the sale. Salesman found it difficult to answer or return calls on issues. Issue Nice as can be before money changed hands. Became a non-person after the sale. Salesman found it difficult to answer or return calls on issues. Issue were a frozen lock cylinder that was that way when I bought the car. According to the salesman, the sales manager said it wasn't covered under their warranty. That has cost me $250. Could not acquire the keyless entry code that is missing. That is going to cost me $50 at the Ford dealer. I feel like a Mark at a cheap county fair midway. Make no mistake, these are old school car dealers and should be treated as if you are buying from a For Sale By Owner. Trust nothing without verifying and check everything. There is no going back once the money is paid out. Amendment 10-23-14: After my above written review got noticed by Loren Henry (one of four sales managers), He called me and requested that I write a better review. He insisted that Tucson Subaru is not really like what I described. After I explained the before and after treatment I received, he insisted that they would reimburse for the cost of replacing the lock cylinder, stating it was the right thing to do. The check arrived on 10-22-14. He seems to have a better grasp of the big picture than his fellow Sales Manager, Terry Iseminger. Terry, allegedly, was the one who denied the claim because it wasn't covered. The bottom line is that the car still has some problems, included a CD player that "skips", the keyless entry code that wasn't provided, and a hairline crack in the plastic trim around the speedometer/tachometer, which has now become wider and now visible, These things will cost me to fix or replace. I admit that after 10 years without buying a car, I should have been more cautious and less trusting. I do own some of these poor diligence results. Do yourself a favor. If you shop at Tucson Subaru, take the time to introduce yourself to Loren Henry. It just may be the difference between a poor experience and a good one. More

Enjoyable experience I never thought that I would describe purchasing a car as an enjoyable experience but Curt McHenry did make it a pleasant experience. Sales people we I never thought that I would describe purchasing a car as an enjoyable experience but Curt McHenry did make it a pleasant experience. Sales people were all curteous. Curt took the time to thoroughly explain all the features. We dealt also with Louie Ascencio and I believe Joe Micoletti, and both were also helpful and very nice. I never felt any pressure and would recommend Tucson Subaru to anyone. More

We were introduced to Curt Mc Being an older couple looking for a new car that will last us a while, we wanted to look at the Outback and Forrester. We were introduced to Curt McHenry and from there on we had every question answered and then some. Curt was very professional and new everything there was to know about the cars we were interested in. He even owns a Subaru himself! Well, needless to say, we did not have far to look, and that day we knew what we wanted. What a personable guy! Oh! We decided on the Outback and love it! P.S. We can't forget Traci Roberts who really knew everything there is to know about purchasing a new car. She took us through the steps with ease. She was great! More

Even though I have driven Subarus since 1992, I wanted to make some comparisons; I'm not quick to make such big decisions, and wanted to take my time. However, at the end of that day I drove off the lot in my new 2014 Outback, thanks entirely to the excellent work of salesman Curt. McHenry. Curt is knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and patient. He took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Even though he's personable and enthusiastic, he doesn't push or use high-pressure tactics. If you're looking for a car-buying experience that's good, even enjoyable, go to Tucson Subaru and ask for Curt! More

Trent and Curt both handled my purchase of my Subaru Curt handled part of my purchase, along with Trent. I was recommended by Mercedes to also work with Trent, as he knows the Sales Manager of Mercedes. Curt handled part of my purchase, along with Trent. I was recommended by Mercedes to also work with Trent, as he knows the Sales Manager of Mercedes. This was a big change for me, as I have driven and worked with Mercedes for over six years, and two cars. I decided to get a more user friendly, off-road car, as I camp on occasion. After reviewing all models, test driving, etc. of comparable size, I decided on the Subaru. I am very pleased with the customer service rendered by all three parties at the dealership. I love my Subaru! The quality and features, safety, gas mileage, are unsurpassed by any other models! I researched and drove all other comparable sizes. The first experience with the service department surprised me, as Justin was very nice. I did not know that I had to pay for gas on the loaner, as I never did with Mercedes. I drove about 10 miles with the loaner while they detailed my car inside and out. In this case, since I was adding more money from just purchasing the car, I feel that I should not have paid for gas. I understand that many people may abuse a loaner, but I have never been one of them. As it turns out, I used about $1.50 worth of gas, which was forgiven. When I need a loaner for service, I can understand the payment for gas used, but not when I had just purchased a car and was spending hundreds more. Other that that surprise...I have no complaints, and have been invited by both Curt and Trent to stop by for help with some of the new features of my car.. Thanks to everyone for making my purchase.....tops!!!! Pat Rogers More
