He was very responsive to my emails (but not overly aggressive either) and kept me up to date on the status of my new car while it was being shipped from the manufacturer. Also Curt was very friendly and passionate about his job. It made me even more excited to buy and drive my new BRZ. Louie was also very friendly and helpful. He made the paperwork process painless and helped me make informed choices on whether to get the extra service plan. Excellent service from both of these gentlemen. I'm so glad that I chose Subaru. More

He replied to my questions promptly, and sent me follow-up emails, but was not hounding me, like some Internet car salesman at other dealerships sometimes do. We set up an appointment for me to come in and test drive a Forester and an XV Crosstrek. Because he used to work in the service department, he knows all of the little mechanical details. (I'm sure the other sales people know them, too, but Curt knows them firsthand.) I'm a well-informed consumer who does my research, so I knew enough to recognize how straightforward and honest he was with me. I was waffling between the Forester and the Crosstrek, and it wouldn't have been very difficult to try to upsell me, but he genuinely wanted what was the best match for me and my lifestyle. He and the manager who came in later made it a point to mention to me that they really want customers for life, and that the long-term happiness of their customers is very important to them. And it shows. The test drives were great, and Curt had me drive on a variety of roads. This was not just the usual lap around the block. I drove on a curvy, bumpy, up-and-down road that really showed off the way both cars drove. When it came to discussing the financing and options, again it was great. No pressure, but a clear desire for the sale. I asked a lot of questions, and nothing threw him. I ended up with a 2014 XV Crosstrek with a moonroof and cloth seats. PERFECT for me. I was nervous about buying without getting a chance to test drive it at night and in other conditions, so they even signed something that said they would let me completely out of the sale if I brought the vehicle back the following Monday by 7pm. Of course, I didn't return it, because it's awesome. I give the dealership and Curt himself A+ across the board. Gay-friendly, honest, socially conscious, and tuned in to the needs of the customer. I will absolutely recommend Curt to my friends, near or far (because I know he can do deals online with people far away). Very trustworthy all around good guy who made me very comfortable. :) More

Curt most always was involved in the servicing of my Forester. He was always honest and fair and would make recommendations based on what was best for my situation, rather than what would bring in the most money for the dealership. It was to my delight, when my beloved Forester finally had given me all it had, that I found out that Curt was now in sales. I had no money to purchase a new car or even a used car, so Curt steered me to a lease option and package that virtually leaves me worry free for three years. I was also helped out by Tim who was full of non-stop jokes during the paperwork phase of the lease. His lighthearted manner eased the tension and anxiety I was experiencing as I have never before had a brand new vehicle to drive. I am so pleased with my experience at Tucson Subaru, that I will continue to be loyal to them. They treat customers right and must certainly treat their employees well, given that Curt has been there for as long as I have been a customer.
