The pricing is fair, the people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the dealership overall has an air of professionalism. Now, Curt McHenry specifically is a great guy to work with. I have dealt with him as a salesman and as a service advisor and on both accounts he is a stand-up guy. He is honest about pricing, what the pros and cons are of particular models and does not rush you into a decision (I think I kept him about 3 hours past the end of his shift in trying to make a decision this past weekend). I would not hesitate to buy another Subaru from Curt in the future and wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering purchasing from Tucson Subaru. More

We were extremely impressed with the professionalism that all three of these guys displayed, We had initially wanted a Crosstrek, while we were looking at them, Trent was listening to the fact that I need to have room for my wheelchair, and had us look at a Forester. I am so glad he showed us the car that would fit our needs the best, and did not try to sell us the most expensive vehicle they had on the lot! We were there on Labor day and it was very busy, but the guys worked as a team so if one of them were busy, the other one stepped in. We didn't feel like it took more time than it normally would to buy a vehicle, but even so, they were apologetic about how long we were there because of how busy they were that day. Tim in the Finance office was a pleasure to work with as well, very personable and made the time signing paperwork in the office as painless as possible. We absolutely love the Forester, great gas mileage, and very comfortable, has more leg room in the front passenger side than my 07 Dodge Ram. More
