I can summarize my experience with W&L Subaru in 3 words--professional, transparent, and honest. They gave me a great car at a great price. In the process, I never felt I was being pressured to purchase additional things I never needed. They were very transparent about how much I would need to pay in addition to the base value of the car (e.g. state tax and government registration fees). It was started with an email to which Donna Gallo kindly responded. From there she scheduled an appointment for me with Curt Reid who took care of the rest. Shaunda professionally handled warranty and signing of forms. The premise in general was spacious and clean and not crowded, so I felt less anxious at the height of this pandemic. Thank you all for being so professional and so transparent. More
