The deal went well and the personnel were friendly, but there was no follow up from either salesman after we bought the car. The deal was done all in one visit within a couple of hours so that was a boost there was no follow up from either salesman after we bought the car. The deal was done all in one visit within a couple of hours so that was a boost for the Acura dealership. I am not sure if followup is part of their business practice but it should be. Also we bought a certification warranty and were supposed to get a call from the dealership to schedule an inspection for the certification. We bought the car on April 27; it is now May 4 and we still have not heard from anyone. More
