I used this dealerships online buy now service on a new 2023 Acura TLX Type S trading my 2021 Acura TLX Type S with 7685 miles. I was given an out the door number and even given the option to complete the 2023 Acura TLX Type S trading my 2021 Acura TLX Type S with 7685 miles. I was given an out the door number and even given the option to complete the sale online. I decided to contact the dealer next day and make an offer lower than what was given to me online. Not only did they decline my counter offer they would not honor the out the door number initially given online. They gave me a number that was almost $12k higher than the offer given by the buy now option. This is an old fashioned switch and bait tactic designed to mislead consumers. Please do not do business with this dealership unless you are ok with being duped. I can provide documented proof of their deceptive business practices. More
