We bought a truck cash. Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so Had the blue advantage warranty. They did a 172 point inspection supposedly. Transmission is slipping. Took it in and they couldn’t find anything so they charged us $175 dollars. But it was low on transmission fluid so they charged us for that. If there’s no leaks, but low on transmission fluid… wouldn’t it be that they either didn’t check the transmission fluid or top it off? So their service department doesn’t do a very good job and they don’t take care of their customers. If you want to be valued as a customer, don’t go here. When we went there they tried to sell us a rusted out junker just to get it off their lot. Then they tried to give us the paperwork for that truck but I noticed the mistake because the year was older. I wish I would’ve gone to a different dealer but this was close and we had a newborn and didn’t want to take him far from home. More

I have been a loyal customer for years, however with the last service I received I will no longer use this dealership. I had to initiate every phone call but two to inquire about the progress of my service. last service I received I will no longer use this dealership. Further more additional work was done and the cost was never discussed with me prior to the work being done. My vehicle was in the shop over nine days for a clock spring replacement that turned into a bigger repair because of the incompetence of the technician. More
