Each responded that the service and professionalism they experienced; Lubbers was the only dealership they trusted. I now see why. The service department explained what needed to be done to my old vehicle in detail. The sales staff offered their service to us with absolutely no pressure but the utmost responsiveness. I have purchased many new vehicles in my lifetime but have never had an experience that left me feel as good about the buying process as I had with Lubbers!
