4 out of 5 stars gotta 2018 volkswagen jetta. Had great 1st class help from Chris Chaves and Joshua Williams. They even delivered paperwork and the car to my workplace because I had to leave before paperwork could be signed. Better than carvana for sure. Would give 5 stars out of 10 but I'll be making my first payment before I'm even in my jetta due to factory warranty and maintenance that I needed done from an oil leak I spotted. actually five out of five stars. they are making sure everything is all good i got a loaner car for now and the car is in the factory. More

Bought a 2021 Outlander sport from Elder back in May and it was amazing! Early February of this year I was hit durring the ice storm and it was totaled! I bought an Outlander there in July. On the day my wife passed away, I went out to my car and someone had stolen the catalytic converter out of my car. After waiting a month my son contacted Ron Davis to see what we could do to get me back on the road. Ron took complete ownership of the situation and by the end of one day, he sent someone to pick me up and take me to get my car back. When he said he'd call back, he did, when he said he would talk to some of your team, he did. When said he would do all he could do to fix my issue, he did. Rare qualities in today's business world. I want to thank your whole team for the assist, and Parts Curtis. You've made a customer for life. More
