Alec Rogers was my first contact, and he made an excellent impression right away. He was friendly, courteous, and very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about ordering the vehicle. During the two-month process, including the delays, Alec kept me updated and made sure I always knew where things stood. He also worked with me to provide a great price on the car, which I truly appreciated. Randy King was also wonderful to work with. When Alec was not available, Randy was there to answer my questions and make sure I had the information I needed. His support helped make the entire experience smooth and reassuring. Adam Liebermann was my salesperson when I picked up the car, and he spent a great deal of time with me going over the paperwork and documents. He was patient, thorough, and made sure everything was clearly explained. When I arrived, my new Vistiq was parked out front where you could not miss it, and it looked absolutely fantastic. The service team did an excellent job preparing the car and making it look its best. Adan also took the time to walk me through the technology and features of my new Vistiq, which was extremely helpful. Curtis Piwinski was always courteous and helpful as well. He answered the phone, passed messages along to the team, and helped keep communication moving. It was also very nice to meet him in person when I picked up my car. Finally, I want to recognize Denise Leigh in the Service Department. When I brought my car in for the state inspection, she arranged to have the car picked up, made sure the inspection was completed promptly, and let me know right away when it was done. She also connected me with someone who could answer my questions about charging the vehicle, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, my experience with Colonial Cadillac of Woburn was excellent. Alec, Randy, Adam, Curtis, and Denise all played an important part in making my purchase smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Colonial Cadillac of Woburn to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a team that truly cares about its customers. More
