Outstanding Experience – Above and Beyond the Sale! What really stood out was that this wasn't simply about selling me another vehicle. Making the switch from a gasoline-powered BMW to an EV was a significant decision, especially considering I drive approximately 600 miles a week. Rather than just focusing on getting the deal done, they took the time to walk through the numbers, evaluate charging options, look at charging locations and routes, and even help calculate the potential operating cost savings based on my actual driving habits. That level of attention and willingness to educate a customer goes well beyond what I would consider a typical dealership experience. In many ways, it felt as much like mentoring someone through the transition to electric ownership as it did purchasing a vehicle. They also went out of their way to work with me on the trade value of my X3, which I originally purchased from them, and provided outstanding service on my M3 throughout the process. That consistency across sales, trade-in, and service says a lot about how they value their customers and build long-term relationships. I've owned several BMWs over the years, and I appreciate working with people who understand that purchasing a vehicle is about more than just the transaction. It's about trust, transparency, and taking care of the customer before, during, and after the sale. George, Paul, and Jeremy absolutely delivered on all three. This is the kind of experience that earns repeat business and customer loyalty. I couldn't be happier with my new i4 or the experience that got me into it. Highly recommend The BMW Store and this team! More

I had an outstanding experience purchasing my BMW X3 from The BMW Store, and I want to specifically recognize three people who made the entire process exceptional: George (Used Car Sales Manager), Paul (my s The BMW Store, and I want to specifically recognize three people who made the entire process exceptional: George (Used Car Sales Manager), Paul (my salesperson), and Jeremy in the service department. From the very beginning, Paul made the buying process easy, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured. He made sure everything was clearly explained and took the time to ensure the car was exactly what I was looking for. George, the Used Car Sales Manager, truly went above and beyond. He personally made sure the car was in outstanding condition before delivery. If anything needed attention, he handled it immediately and ensured it was corrected the right way. It was clear that his priority was making sure the vehicle was perfect, not just “good enough.” That level of care and accountability says a lot about the leadership and culture at The BMW Store. I also want to recognize Jeremy in the service department, who made sure the service work was handled smoothly and professionally. Everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of, and the communication throughout the process was excellent. It’s reassuring knowing the service department stands behind the vehicles they sell. The entire experience felt professional, honest, and customer-focused from start to finish. Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team made it smooth and even fun. Because of the way George, Paul, and Jeremy treated me, I will absolutely be buying my future BMWs from The BMW Store, and I will confidently recommend them to friends, family, and colleagues. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly stands behind their vehicles and takes care of their customers, The BMW Store is the place to go. More
