I was in the market to purchase an Acura. It's exciting, but at the same token I dread going to car dealerships and playing games with salespeople. Acura of Salem was a breath of fresh air! When my fiance and I dropped by Acura of Salem, Cyndy Patterson greeted us in a friendly manner and showed me a couple of cars that were of interest. She allowed us to test drive the car and I fell in love with it! After a couple of weeks of thinking it over, I let Cyndy know that I was ready to move forward. We set an appointment and we were in and out within 2 hours! It was not an all-day affair like I've experienced at other dealerships. We were so impressed by how well Cyndy does business that my fiance bought an Acura a few days later from them as well! Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! If you're looking to purchase an Acura or a Mercedes, don't waste your time going anywhere else. More

While taking my 2015 RDX in to get serviced, I ended up browsing the 2020 RDX’s. I came in contact with Cyndy Patterson while there and ended up looking at the 2020 RDX and fell in love. Mike and Chris made the back-end paperwork efficient and pleasant (even adjusting to my travel schedule for coating the car, storage and getting the keys taken care of). This time around I was undecided between a new Acura or Mercedes. Cindy was so patient and spent an incredible amount of time test driving various models with me. She was also knowledgeable enough to answer every question I had. Ultimately it took me 3 months to make a final decision. Never was Cindy pushy or annoyed I was taking up so much of her time. Mike Harder the sales manager was also wonderful to work with. He was extremely professional taking time to explain all the paperwork along the way. More
