Impeccable customer service. Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with a budget and they met my budget. I left there feeling like THEY were there to take care of ME and gave me THEIR undivided attention. James even helped me clean out my old car, load it into my NEW CAR AND he helped me set up my cellphone. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone I know to your dealership. I was disappointed to see your employees did not wear Masks and that you allowed customers to sit in waiting room with out masks. Some of these customers were coughing and not covering their mouths. I had to stay out side in the heat while I waited for service to be complete in order to feel safe. I then had to wipe down my car stealing wheel and interior because your employees did not have masks or gloves. The program update I guess was fine. But you should be practicing better safety processes to keep you and you customers safe. I will not be back More
