Impeccable customer service. Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with Bill, Layne and James were so patient and helpful. They did not pressure me or try to sell me something that I could not afford. I went in with a budget and they met my budget. I left there feeling like THEY were there to take care of ME and gave me THEIR undivided attention. James even helped me clean out my old car, load it into my NEW CAR AND he helped me set up my cellphone. You have a customer for life and I will refer anyone I know to your dealership. Avoid this dealer. I had too many problems to list here. The first was the salesman said he would negotiate, but the sales manager walked over and said he would not. This happened twice on two cars. The last problem was they hid the license plate from my trade-in. When I asked for the plate, they ignored me until I posted a note on their review and reputation management site visible to the public. Great Dealer Experience Surprisingly pleasant, professional and personable buying experience. From the sales person/Product specialist, James (like we weren't sure what his j Surprisingly pleasant, professional and personable buying experience. Lol) to the 2 sales managers, Justin and Eric to the finance dept, Clayton to expert service dept help, Ryan and the courtesy shuttle. It was very a very comfortable buying experience with no pressure, extended test drive, even the Gen Mgr stopped by and texted offering any help needed. We like this dealer! More

Professional, courteous and efficient James, the product specialist aka salesman was terrific and Justin and Eric, sales managers or some other more politically correct titles, lol, got th James, the product specialist aka salesman was terrific and Justin and Eric, sales managers or some other more politically correct titles, lol, got the job done. General manager came by and thanked me and gave me his cell for any questions or problems. Curtis the business mgr was quick and efficient. All in all a great buying experience that I highly recommend. Almost forgot, they beat the big Jacksonville dealer in every regard (except sale person) and especially on price. More
