The only downside was the service department was not open over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being i over the weekend. I got a flat tire that could not be patched at a tire shop and they didn’t have the tire to match my other 3 tires. So only being in town for the weekend meant I needed to extend my stay until Monday. However, Steve kept me informed of my tire fix and sent an Uber to pick me up. Then I was on my way back to Ohio. Shoutout to Cynthia who was helpful on Friday at 5:45pm! And to Madison who on Monday pulled my car under the awning so I could load up my luggage and not get wet in the thunderstorms. Overall, solid positive dealership experience! More

Staff at Basney are kind, they listen to what you are interested in, and they work with you to accomplish your goal. I cane from out of state to purchase my vehicle. The Basney staff were great at a interested in, and they work with you to accomplish your goal. I cane from out of state to purchase my vehicle. Making the appointment was ver easy. Team was friendly when I arrived and showed me the water and coffee for my wait. Once complete it was easy to checkout and everyone was friendly. I was not happy with Honda for a 6 week wait time on the part. As far as Basney, I am glad that they provided me with a loaner car. The only negative I have is that the loaner is an Accord.
