Squealing brakes Dissatisfied that the dealership would not take care of the problem with my breaks. Car only has 20,000 miles and the breaks make the loudest squeal. Dissatisfied that the dealership would not take care of the problem with my breaks. Car only has 20,000 miles and the breaks make the loudest squeal. You would think that after purchasing two cars from this dealership that the customer service would be better. They wanted to charge me half of the replacement cost of new breaks. That was their response to fixing the problem and was/is not acceptable in my opinion. With that said I left with squealing brakes!! Also could not believe that the person who brought my car for pickup was not wearing a mask or gloves!! More
