Quick and Easy, and food too! I made the apt late Thursday and asked for a 9am apt time the following day and asked for a rush job. I was given a 9:15 apt and a less than one hour I made the apt late Thursday and asked for a 9am apt time the following day and asked for a rush job. I was given a 9:15 apt and a less than one hour time as long as there were no surprises. I needed a couple tires but was still out in less than 1.5 Hrs with a copy of the alignment before and after the tire change and rotation. I am thrilled!!! The agent assisting me kept me informed all the way and escorted me to the food and coffee bar, lounge, she was terrific. I actually had fun!!! More

Cyrena Moreno is the best Service Advisor! I have worked with Service Advisors at Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Acura, and Audi, and Cyrena is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with! Sh I have worked with Service Advisors at Toyota, Lexus, BMW, Acura, and Audi, and Cyrena is one of the best Service Advisors I have ever worked with! She went above and beyond to assist my wife and I with repairing a bumper that had popped out of the clips and a tire guard that had also become dislodged. Her communication was great throughout the process and I look forward to working with her when we have to bring our SUV in for service again. More

So far, so good, no problems with the car, just regular service. The advisors are friendly and knowledgeable and the waiting area is awesome. Since I always wait for my car, I enjoy the TV, internet, snacks, water, coffee, in a comfortable area within easy reach of the advisors in case I need to ask a question. Also, they offer a ride or loaner car for the day. Even a car wash! These amenities compare favorably with dealers selling much more expensive cars. More
