I had to make an appointment to get a tire leak fixed because they couldn’t look at it otherwise. Even with an appointment it took two and a half hours to fix a simple nail in the tire leak. Staff was co because they couldn’t look at it otherwise. Even with an appointment it took two and a half hours to fix a simple nail in the tire leak. Staff was courteous and all but don’t understand what the issue was with the long time it took to complete. More

The upselling for repairs while in for services only is grotesque and I felt uncomfortable to point of losing trust in their evaluation. I always enjoyed my experience here but after yesterday I will never grotesque and I felt uncomfortable to point of losing trust in their evaluation. I always enjoyed my experience here but after yesterday I will never be back here for any services. Cyrena Moreno the sales person yesterday had a look in eyes that seemed wasn’t genuine and almost seemed guilty when I caught her speaking to the mechanic as I rounded the corner to let them know I would be needing my car back asap. Hector one of the repairmen came out to let me know they had performed the oil change and asked if I wanted a car wash which I affirmed yes I did before paying for that service only. Cyrena never apologized to me for making me feel uncomfortable in her raw approach to convincing me of further repairs. I told her I believed she is a good person but that she made me very uncomfortable and that’s why I will never go back to this dealership. More

My experience at Capistrano Mazda for my car’s first service was top notch! Cyrenai made my appointment when I called and greeted me when I arrived.
