We contacted the dealer with a price inquiry for a particular trim on a 2019 Pilot. Within 10 minutes, we received a worksheet from Jim Wessells, sales manager, with the breakdown of charges including tax, title, and fees. There were no hidden costs. We made an appointment for the next day and purchased the car. The salesman Cyrus Kanyuira was very knowledgeable about the car and was an expert in answering all of our questions. Financing the car through Honda was also an easy process through Clay Fenwick, the finance officer. The car had to be located at another dealer and the delivery occurred the following day. This is my 10th car purchase over my lifetime and there has never been a purchase without stressful price haggling. In the past, I always wondered after a purchase if we really got a good deal. This is the first time we have driven away in a new car knowing that we got a fair price and the process was stress free. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More

After hearing our requirements for a used/Pre-owned vehicle, Carter, the sales rep immediately went to work and within minutes offered several options. While we were looking at some of his recommendations as well as other vehicles on the lot, Carter came back with an offer on a new 2018 CRV that was hard for us to pass up, even though the cost was more that what we intended to spend on a second vehicle. Not much negotiations/haggling were needed to finalize the deal I appreciated everyone's quick and decision making so that we could move on to the paperwork. Great job and customer service all around! More

I was pleased with the sales/test drives, pricing & finan This is my 10th Honda automobile purchase. I believe this is the 4th from this dealership. I was pleased with the sales/test drives, pricing & financing experiences. All of my Honda's have been relatively trouble free - never anything other than routine expected maintenance including those that I have used for heavy travel on my job. I chose an Accord Touring over a Mercedes CLA - it came down to those 2 vehicles somewhat comparable in price. Honda gave me a far better purchase transaction, lower interest, the Accord gets better gas mileage, has more features & a seemingly better residual value when it comes time to trade it in. My test driving experiences (2 each on separate occasions) were similar as both vehicles handled well & were quiet; however, overall, the Honda won in all categories. And I kept about $8,000 that I would have spent to get the Mercedes. The Mercedes salesman told me you don't see people driving Mercedes in to Honda dealerships to trade. He is wrong. My last Mercedes was traded in for a Honda in 2015. More
