The fact that a dealership would intentionally tell a customer a flat out lie and then push sale a vehicle on a customer and then mess the entire deal up with confusion and manipulation just is astonishi customer a flat out lie and then push sale a vehicle on a customer and then mess the entire deal up with confusion and manipulation just is astonishing. Then to look and smile in a customers face knowing that they are completely unsatisfied with the manipulative deal that they put together is mind blowing. Great car selection especially if you go in person because their website tells you one thing and you find out afterward they manipulate the original sticker price. More

I made two visits to the dealership to make this purchase. Once just to look and about a week later to make the deal. On the first visit, DJ listened to what I said I was looking for and picked out purchase. Once just to look and about a week later to make the deal. On the first visit, DJ listened to what I said I was looking for and picked out a vehicle to meet my needs and my taste. With a week of comparing vehicles online, I returned to the dealership where Madison Cramer assisted us. I asked to look at the vehicle DJ had suggested plus one other. In just a few minutes, it was apparent that DJ was very attentive to our needs and good at matching the vehicle to the need. Madison explained each feature and every difference between the two vehicles. DJ made the extra effort to ensure we got every rebate we qualified for. Our purchase was seamless and a great experience. In a time when it seems the art of customer service has been lost, the Jimmy Britt team shines like a diamond.
