New to Ford, but liking it I have purchased three new cars over the past five months, reducing the family “fleet “ while getting younger. Maintenance costs on the MB’s and Porsche and my age were getting to be issues. So I went domestic and more comfortable. Bought two Explorers and an Edge,so we can be proper grandparents and deal with weather. I am looking forward to buying regular gasoline More

shameless A time ago I was ready to sell my car and as a plus I took the decision to change oils and change filter to make more approachable to the future buyer A time ago I was ready to sell my car and as a plus I took the decision to change oils and change filter to make more approachable to the future buyer, but my car was damaged when the mechanic was changing the oil to the car a ford. I complained with hope at least leave or fix the damaged caused there but this dealership didn't do anything and claimed that my car was old and didn't resist the change of oil (with 180.00 miles when this kind of car is to last to 250.00) At that time FORD dealership STAMFORD (212 Magee Avenue) gave two solution or I pick up the car(damaged there) or they will send it to me( they didn't want to do it anyway) or They(mechanic) will fix it and they will charge me; I refused because the damaged was originated there. As this damage; car's value reduce dramatically and to the end I had to junk the car and losing almost 1000 dollars As reflection I think the companies (the good one) not only exist to gain money but also to service to the community saying my true not to hate only to warning the other people what kind of mechanic(negligent) is there and what kind of irresponsibility the organization had or will have with your cars. As a support you can review this dealership in bbb.org (the same) many complaint about it so be careful or keep away from them. Hace un tiempo estaba listo para vender mi automóvil y como una ventaja, tomé la decisión de cambiar los aceites y cambiar el filtro para que fuera más accesible para el futuro comprador, pero mi automóvil se dañó cuando el mecánico estaba cambiando el aceite al automóvil. . Me quejé con esperanza al menos salir o arreglar el daño causado allí pero este concesionario no hizo nada y afirmó que mi automóvil era viejo y no resistió el cambio de aceite (con 180.00 millas cuando este tipo de auto durará hasta 250.00) En ese momento, la concesionaria FORD STAMFORD (212 Magee Avenue) dio dos soluciones o recojo el auto (dañado allí) o me lo enviarán (no quisieron hacerlo de todos modos) o Ellos (el mecánico) lo arreglarán y ellos me acusarán; Me negué porque el daño se originó allí. Como este daño; el valor del auto se reduce drásticamente y hasta el final tuve que botar el auto y perder casi 1000 dólares Como reflejo, creo que las empresas (la buena) no solo existen para ganar dinero, sino también para servir a la comunidad diciendo que es verdad no odiar solo para advertir a las otras personas qué tipo de mecánico (negligente) hay y qué tipo de irresponsabilidad la organización tenía o tendrá con sus automóviles. One of the Best Car Buying Experiences I've Ever Had This is an incredibly well run dealership: from the receptionist to the sales person, all the way to the owner of the dealership, everyone there makes This is an incredibly well run dealership: from the receptionist to the sales person, all the way to the owner of the dealership, everyone there makes you feel as though they have a vested interest in making the customer happy. The buying process was easy and straightforward and even the GM came out when I inspected my car. My sales associate, Marco is someone who I trusted and has high integrity. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer to anyone looking in the Ford/Lincoln family of Brands. More

Their Service Department is very organized Scott Ferrers was usually our service consultant with our 2011 Explorer he was so very helpful and knowledgeable . Your car is taken in promptly and your comfortably waiting for your car in a very attractive waiting area with all the comforts of home. We highly recommend this dealership. Mr Franchella is accessible friendly and amazing.His employees; Clay Morsey helped me find our Explorer.He was patient and just awesome. Michael Mykytey was great too he stepped in while Clay was away.Andres Caden’was great as he closed our sale with suggestions we were able to take advantage of. Courteous, professional staff We drove 4 hours to purchase a pre-owned vehicle here. Barry Pasqualini was our sales rep and was very helpful throughout the entire process. We asked him to give the car a good look over, and to be "our eyes" as we were hoping to just arrive and drive home with it. He was very thorough in his description of the vehicle and made us confident it was in great condition. Chris Febbraio helped us work through the paperwork process as we did it over the phone. We had a very busy schedule that week, and they all worked hard to ensure the car, and all paperwork was in order when we arrived. We arrived, took the car for a drive, signed the paperwork with Bob Katz (who is also a delight to work with), and were back on the road in less than an hour! We really appreciated the flexibility everyone showed given our requests and will be calling them back when it's time for our next purchase. Hats off to the team at Stamford Ford for making this a great experience! More
