Kudos from a return customer! Today I leased my fifth Edge from Stamford Ford in CT. From Dom Franchella (the owner) to my sales consultant, Barry Pasqualini, I received helpful a Today I leased my fifth Edge from Stamford Ford in CT. From Dom Franchella (the owner) to my sales consultant, Barry Pasqualini, I received helpful and knowledgeable advice concerning vehicle selections, available options and pricing to fit my budget. Barry Pasqualini and Don Febbraio searched the east coast to get me the specific car I wanted and found the perfect car the very same day. I keep coming back not only because of the quality of Ford products but also because of the competent sales and service team that goes out of its way to completely satisfy its customers. Everyone in the dealership goes out of their way to make the whole experience pleasant and stress-less. Barry Pasqualini called me periodically to make sure my current lease was performing well and took the time to find out what I was looking for in my next lease. Dan Sexton worked with me to ensure that I fully understood all the new technology in the new car. We are a Ford family and highly recommend Stamford Ford as the only place to go in the tri-state area. More

BEST Sales Rep. Juan I went to Ford Lincoln to accompany a relative who was purchasing a new vehicle from Juan. I wasn't even looking to get a new vehicle and have never I went to Ford Lincoln to accompany a relative who was purchasing a new vehicle from Juan. I wasn't even looking to get a new vehicle and have never owned a Ford or Lincoln. (My whole family have never owned anything else). Our sales representative Juan Calderon was wonderful. I was so impressed with what he did for my family that I started looking at new vehicles and I am so happy that I did. Juan listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and made it happen. He sucessfully converated me to a Ford Lincoln customer for life and I couldn't be happier. The customer service surpasses any other that I have seen. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Excellent service Amazing service from start to finish. Dominick , Barry and Bob were all so helpful. My daughter was with us and they were so kind to her as well. He never once came across as self serving or lackluster. His attention to detail and personality brought a huge level of ease and trust to the experience. A Good Experience All Around!! I've been coming to Stamford Ford for more than 10 years for my vehicle needs. Everyone there treats me very courteously, and with the upmost respect. I can't say enough about Lena Spagnuolo, my salesperson. She's always there when I need her, and she's exceptionally easy to deal with and is the consummate professional. I always deal with Lena when I'm seeking a new vehicle, and she'll work with Dominick Franchella to find me the vehicle I'm looking for, and at the best price. I would defiinately recommend Lena to anyone who is looking for a new Ford vehicle or a used car!😀👍 More

My first new car This was my first experience purchasing a new car on my own, and all I've ever been told was about how car salesmen try to "get you" Dominic and Vince This was my first experience purchasing a new car on my own, and all I've ever been told was about how car salesmen try to "get you" Dominic and Vincenzo assured me that there was absolutely no better deal I could get, by showing me every last number. They were so friendly, and personable, and gave advice on what they would do for themselves, or their children. All of the options were explored, and explained in great depth before finally reaching a decision. Everyone was extremely patient with me. I couldn't have asked for better service! More

A really really really reputable dealership In this review I intend to give my initial thoughts a.k.a 'my thoughts', then the experience a.k.a 'the exp' and lastly my grade for every stage I enc In this review I intend to give my initial thoughts a.k.a 'my thoughts', then the experience a.k.a 'the exp' and lastly my grade for every stage I encountered at this dealership. My thoughts: Oh the hassle to get to the dealership! The experience: The first thing that was different about our experience with this dealership as opposed to others was that on the day when we were going to buy our car, this dealership came and got us due our time restriction/limitation and taking a cab wouldn't work out due to that same time restriction. The driver was very courteous and well mannered. Grade: Going above and beyond to help an intended customer…A+ My thoughts: Sigh!!! Ok nose, prepare yourself. The exp: The outside of the dealership was very clean, simple yet very presentable. On the inside, things took a turn for the …….well…it was elegant, very clean with very nice tiling. The atmosphere was relaxing and the smell was plain yet clean which is not easy to achieve but yet is the smart approach since not all customers can tolerate air freshener smells without having a terrible reaction. Grade: Ensuring a neutral clean atmosphere where someone could consider eating food off the ground…A+ ..well done. My thoughts: Surely, all they want is to get you through the door! The exp: When we got to the dealership the staff was very friendly overall. A few staffers simply looked you in the face and went about their business which seems very strange given that everyone else seemed so courteous. It's like those few persons just threw off that balance of everyone else. Well, I will say that I have been back to the dealership a few times and it seems those persons no longer work there. The rest of that experience with the staff interactions was very wonderful. Grade: Ensuring that we were comfortable and didn't make us feel like we were from out of space…A My thoughts: Watch out Granny, they'll rip you off. The exp: I don't know who granny is but our salesman 'PJ' was absolutely personable and sincere. His personality won us over. He answers all questions and gives you a sense of confidence that you need not feel insecure about what you want to purchase. He's so smooth I think he should call himself SR- Smokey Robinson and sing 'Cruising' while he's at it. Grade: Having a personality that would absolutely convince me that even a pile of rubbish is a pile of gold, that's salesmanship. A+ ..well-done. My thoughts: Meow, meow, meow, meow! The money. The exp: The finance person (don't remember his name) did an exceptional job at explaining all aspect of the finance loan and didn't try to sell any add-ons which would increase our budget. He worked with us to get a per-month-payment that we were comfortable with, all while having a few laughs with us while talking about his cat. To be honest, the fact that his cat got into the conversation really sealed the deal for us. Cats plus money, who can go wrong? The Pharaohs got it...right? Grade: Ensuring that the customer knows about your cat while giving them the confidence of not signing their souls away? Definitely 'A+' My thoughts: I bet they're inconsiderate after the money? The exp: While dealing with 'PJ' a.k.a 'SR' and the 'finance guy a.k.a kitty cat lover' we discussed a health issue that required an unusual consideration on the part of the dealership. They informed us that the owner/boss (Dominic) would have to be called into this matter. Now I won't state what it was that we discuss due to the nature of it but I tell you with the utmost confidence that he completely impressed us. He made a suggestion that literally surpassed what we were hoping for and completely accommodated our dilemma. Grade: Being the boss and making the customers feel like good old friends of the boss? Priceless… A+ My thoughts: Uh oh, were we hustled? The exp: Our car was bought certified but it turned out that there were some issues that were not fixed before the car was sold to us. The two air intakes under the hood was also full of trash which I cleaned out. The person who inspected the car and 'passed' it did not do a thorough job and as such we have had to deal with the inconvenience of returning multiple times to the dealership over a few months for repairs of those same things. We got in touch with Ford corporation to verify that the repairs fell under the list of things that were required to be fixed before the car could be sold as a certified car. Ford advised us that the car should not have been sold to us as a certified car with those issues. You can just imagine how upsetting all of this was. We wondered if we should take legal action against the dealership. Interestingly enough, those two voices started talking to me...you know the two I'm talking about! Where one of them says loudly 'you need to sue you need to sue' and the other voice agrees with a conclusive scientific logic. I think they're called shoulder angels. Anyhow, as we discussed the matter, we remembered how Dominic had considered our dilemma and had put himself out on a limb to help us. We decided to call him and see how he would handle this situation, without saying a word to him about our legal thoughts. He was very apologetic and informed us that he had to release some workers due to some of these very reasons. He informed me that he would have any remaining issue(s) dealt with personally which included a 'corrective' paint job and asked that whenever we needed any future help, that we should get in touch with him directly and that he would handle it. He also assured me that our next four car servicing, would be free. Now, we knew that any retribution on the part of the court would yield us greater financial benefit than what he offered, but we complied with him. The thing is, Dominic's repeated actions demonstrated that he wasn't a negligent owner or an uncaring person, but rather a man who is trying to ensure a business where customers can truly be happy, this was enough for us to look past this short coming. He's a delightful man to talk to and he has continued to demonstrate what he has said to us. Grade: Being an owner that's true to his word and whose personality causes me not to sue him.........despite those shoulder angels? A wonderful person.. 'A+' My thoughts: Can I trust their repair shop?!?!?! The exp: The service and parts staff are also very good with dealing with the customers. I have noticed (as Dominic said) that some people are no longer there and the replacements seems very courteous. The service waiting area for customers is pretty grand; it has a nice huge flat TV, comfortable couches (not hard plastic chairs) and a cold and hot water fountain for free tea or coffee. There is also free Wifi and also courtesy transport to take you or pick you up from your respective location complements of Sal. And when available, you can get a loaner car for however long your car is in the shop. Even the grounds personnel's are courteous and clearly effective at their jobs. Grade: Covering the bases that makes customers fall head over heels for you? Brilliant ..A My thoughts: Wow! Just wow! The exp: The last thing that got fixed was the paint and the boss took care of us through S.R. We were given a loaner, a brand new 2017 Ford Escape that looked really nice and I think we were the first customers to drive it since it only had 8 miles on the speedometer. The guy who did the paint job had said it would've taken two days…well it took four but they absolutely and I mean absolutely did a great paint job and they totally cleaned my car and it smelled pretty good. Grade: Making me so excited that I want to sing the 'camp fire song' song? Simply splendid…A+ My thoughts: Man I love this place! Conclusion: A wonderful dealership from top to bottom. Dominic sets a good example and requires his work force to follow, yea I like that. Thank you Stamford Ford. Grade: Making me feel so good that I want to throw a sleep over party at the dealership?
