We were greeted by Dominic Franchella, the owner, who introduced us to Brendy P My husband and I went to Stamford Ford Lincoln to see the Ford Escape. We were greeted by Dominic Franchella, the owner, who introduced us to Brendy Pujols, sales consultant. Brendy was very knowledgeable about the SUVs, and we took a test drive of the Escape. We loved the car. We sat down with Brendy, and then with Dominic, and came to a very good lease arrangement. Brendy took care of plates, registration and insurance in a timely and friendly manner. He was there when we picked up the car and went through all the details of the car with us, including pairing my cell phone with the car. We intend to return to the dealership to lease another Escape for my daughter with Brendy as our salesman. Cheryl May More

During our lives we have purchased about a dozen new cars (mostly Fords) but this was our first purchase at Stamford Ford to which we were referred by a friend. Our experience was quite positive. Daniela Subauste, our sales person, was very attentive at each step in the process and quite patient as we test drove several vehicles. Once we selected our car, she facilitated the entire process. On the day we picked up our new Escape, Bob Katz, the finance manager, walked us through all the closing paperwork. He was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The last step prior to driving away was with the technology specialist, Dan Sexton, who patiently walked us through every step in the operation of the car. He even synced both of our iPhones! Overseeing the dealer team was Dominic Franchella who was attentive at each step to ensure a seamless operation and pleasant experience. More
