I was in for service twice for automatic window problem. I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I asked them to also do a check-up of the car to determine if any other problems existed. I asked them both times but it wasn’t done. While waiting I was looking at new vehicles. No salesperson made an effort to approach me to ask if I had any questions. Numerous salespeople walked passed me but none of them acknowledged my existence. For future service and purchases I plan to go to another dealership. More

Would not take my car there again worst experience and my car was damaged in the process it was scratched and the back bumper was hit. Made me pay to diagnose problem and did not inform me that I would have car was damaged in the process it was scratched and the back bumper was hit. Made me pay to diagnose problem and did not inform me that I would have to pay for this considering I bought the car from them. Would not use again if I didn't have an extended warranty with them.
