Crown always does a great job of keeping my car in tip-top shape. They are courteous, quick, and very careful about the schedule, so I get in and out with a minimum amount of down-time. They offer a shuttle if I don't want to wait, and in particular Daimara Morrill is very good at making sure the entire process goes smoothly and that no extra cash is spent for things that aren't needed. Due to my current situation Crown and Daimara Morrell were very helpful in picking up my car. They did check a few basics, but failed to fix the main problem. Since it did not repeat the problem while they drove it, they said they could not fix it. It is a computer driven problem that causes the car to talk to me sometimes when I am driving. I plan to follow up with the service manager. More
