Arrived at dealer with a huge construction project - but it was easy to navigate. Got signed in, went into the temporary facilities- huge crowd of people waiting in seats for their repairs. First thought: this will take ages to get out of here! But no. 2 minutes later I’m completely checked in and am offered a ride home! Later, at home, a call confirmed the service was complete and another call told me the shuttle was on its way to pick me up. At the dealership.got right in for the paperwork - and the waiting room was completely empty! - was escorted to my waiting car and was on my way! The service rep was Daimara - her ease with the process and helpfulness with the details and the shuttle could not have been better! I was truly pleased with the entire experience! More

great service From the time you pull in for service you feel welcome. My brother bought the car there and everything was on his name, I bought the car from him and From the time you pull in for service you feel welcome. My brother bought the car there and everything was on his name, I bought the car from him and wanted to change the paper work to my name. Daimara walk me trough every step and stay with me until every thing was change from warranties, service, tire purchase everything. I wouldn't have known where to start, she made phone calls and fill forms until everything was done. Is very hard to find somebody so committed to her job to do so much. I can't thank her enough for all her help. The service was fast and she kept me inform of everything . Gary Phillips is also very nice to deal with. What a great team! Daimara Morrill is a great service advisor, she is always prompt in returning phone calls, makes sure you are satisfied with your visit every time and lets you know if your vehicle is needing more attention prompt in returning phone calls, makes sure you are satisfied with your visit every time and lets you know if your vehicle is needing more attention then what you came for. A lot of places I have been try to persuade you in services that are not necessary but that is not the case at this location. I would highly recommend this service shop and this advisor.
