Daimara a Rare Gem! Rats chewed the wires of the headlight! Daimara calmed me down when I was upset and clueless about having my car wires eating by rodents. Efficient! Diamara is professional as always and very efficient. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon and three appointments showed up at once at 2pm, yet, she was calm. My car was serviced far faster than I anticipated much to my delight. Love working with Crown Honda we have had over 4 cars bought from Crown and all have been serviced at Crown and every experience has been wonderful and as delightful experience. Alway’s Satisfied and never disappointed. I’m not one to normally write reviews but this one has been a long time coming. I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for over four years I’m not one to normally write reviews but this one has been a long time coming. I’ve been coming to this dealership for service for over four years and always request for Daimara Morrill as my service advisor. She always has made sure that my wife and I are well taken care of and that all our concerns are addressed and met with the upmost professionalism like no other. Daimara has even gone to what I feel is above and beyond to get to the bottom of an issue we recently had with getting a replacement tire through the insurance we purchased. Diamara Demonstrates and Practices what customer service is all about...Thank you so much for your years of service. More

Great Service As always, Daimara Morrill is very honest. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for, I thought, a warranty issue. I had taken my car to an independent a As always, Daimara Morrill is very honest. I brought my 2012 Honda Accord in for, I thought, a warranty issue. I had taken my car to an independent auto repair shop, which was the first time I have ever not gone to this dealership or for as long as I have owned new cars, I have always taken my car for service at the dealership where I bought it. I told them my AC was not cooling. They charged it up and told me that I needed a new evaporator, as there was supposedly a leak, along with two other components. I needed a second opinion so I brought my car to Daimara. Within an hour, she called me and said there was no leak. The mechanic put some dye in it. She told me that if it starts getting warmer again, to bring it in and they would look at it again. I was only charged for a diagnostic. I have been taking my car to this dealership since June of 2012 and Daimara is honest, friendly and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. I will continue to take my car to Crown Honda and Daimara. More
