Satisfied with my routine service visit I brought my 2011 Civic in for its periodic oil change and checkup. They found a problem with the battery that could have caused me trouble in the near future, so I was happy to get that dealt with proactively. I want to commend Daimara Morrill, my service rep. She's friendly, efficient, non-intimidating, and fun to work with. Thanks, Daimara! More

2018 Honda Ridgeline Adjust. Daimara Morrill got 5 stars, because she tried hard to get my 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL awd repair (is a 2018). But I got to say I am NOT satisfy with Daimara Morrill got 5 stars, because she tried hard to get my 2018 Honda Ridgeline RTL awd repair (is a 2018). But I got to say I am NOT satisfy with Honda's quality control, My truck is noise. I went 3 times for adjustment ( parts are no secure -check below the glove compartment, it move and they say this is ok, the radiator cover move as well ,the splash guard are loose, the driver wiper did not clean 100%. Really I was expecting better quality from Honda. She (Daimara took her time to help she deserves a 10). I guess I have to live with that or trade for a Toyota. Before you buy a 2018 Honda Ridgeline - Check what I describe here.! JF. More

Service with a smile When I arrived Diamara Morrill looked up and smiled that smile that reassured me that things would be accomplished within my rather tight time frame. And a few little extra problems ( the recall for the driver side airbag had come in the day before and if not taken care of that day would have meant another trip/time be set aside for the correction! - and I had no way of knowing the recall had come in - Diamara saved me TIME - a most precious commodity!) were solved as well without blowing the original quote for the repair. And she graciously accepted the coupon I had printed out from the website. What more could one ask? That she remembered me/my car from the previous service? She made me feel like she did - that my little HONDA FIT was the best purchase I could have made. Of course I will recommend the dealership and it's great service department. More

They were completely booked for service that day and there was a line of several cars behind me. Diamara Morrill was able to still squeeze my in and have my battery replaced. While I still had to wait 2 hours, the other option would have been to drive to Tampa and taken far longer. I received excellent service from the staff. I will return to Crown for future needs. More

Plain speaking. Daimara Morrill explained to me in language that I could understand. I came in for a check up to be sure that my car as working properly. She explained to me what would be due for service with in a few thousand miles. Since I was already there and they could do the maintenance service I had it done. Battery Nightmare I currently have 2 2012 CRVs and consider myself a loyal Honda owner. Over the years I have bought 3 Hondas from this dealership alone. I have owned I currently have 2 2012 CRVs and consider myself a loyal Honda owner. Over the years I have bought 3 Hondas from this dealership alone. I have owned 4 other Hondas in the past. I have had problems with the batteries in both CRV vehicles. About a year ago, I kept having to have both cars jumped, drove to the dealer and was told nothing was wrong with the battery. Finally, after multiple trips due to dead batteries they decided that there was something wrong with them and replaced both factory installed batteries with a new battery. They were under warranty (about 4 years old) and so I did not have to pay for them. I was just out the time and effort involved in jump starting the batteries and driving the cars to the dealership again and again. Okay. I can accept that No problem. A year later the new battery dies again. I take it to the dealer. They tell me nothing is wrong. A few days later, it dies again. I jump it, take it to the dealer, they now tell me I need a new battery. The new battery that was put in to replace the factory installed battery a year ago is no longer working. It had no more than 15,000 miles on it. They then tell me that I have to pay for a new one because the one they put in for free does not have a warranty, again after a year and 15,000 miles later. So much for warranties!!! I think Honda uses cheap replacement batteries for under warranty batteries so then when the cheap battery quits working the customer is stuck with buying another one. I am just waiting for the other car's battery to quit. I've got my jumper cables ready. More
