Excellent Service We are visiting from Newfoundland and wanted to get the first A1 service done on our 2017 CRV before starting out on the journey home. We dropped in We are visiting from Newfoundland and wanted to get the first A1 service done on our 2017 CRV before starting out on the journey home. We dropped in to Crown Honda last Wednesday (March 14) to make an appointment and were delighted when advised that the service could be done right away through the Express Service. We were referred to Daimara Morrill who quickly took down the required information and arranged for the service. The wait time was very short and when the service was completed, Daimara went over the invoice and explained what had been done. We were very impressed by Daimara's friendliness and efficiency. We also appreciated the friendliness and help from the check-in staff at the Service Centre. Overall, the service was excellent and we will certainly bring our vehicle back to Crown Honda next time we are down this way if any servicing is needed. More

Excellent customer service!!! Daimara Morrill goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for the customer. When I came in for my recent check up she remembered me and my Daimara Morrill goes above and beyond to provide the best experience for the customer. When I came in for my recent check up she remembered me and my car from the previous visit. When the wrong part was ordered for my car she corrected the problem immediately. The team at this service department is awesome! I’d also like to mention Brooks Falzone who stepped in to help facilitate and get me in and out in a timely matter. The service department works together as a team and that’s awesome to see as a customer! Best experience! More

Engine Light Issues Dropped off my 2015 Honda CR-V to have error code read. Both times they took it right away, gave me their findings, and didn't charge for the service. Takata airbag replacement I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service at Crown Honda. I had brought my second hand car, which I bought recently for the first ti I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the service at Crown Honda. I had brought my second hand car, which I bought recently for the first time at the dealership to have my passenger's airbag replaced due to a recall. Ms Daimara Morrill made the process seamless and addressed all the questions that I had with expertise and courtesy. Bravo Crown Honda, first of all for admitting that there was cause for a recall without trying to cover it up and for the selection of your personnel. Agathe More
