Arrived expecting to spend hours getting two things fixed. The welcome guy fixed one thing even before I talked with Diamari Morrill, my service rep. Turns out the problem was caused when a friend, intending to help me, put windshield washer fluid where oil was supposed to go. She so gracious in explaining and while I should have felt stupid she did not make me feel that way at all--even helped me to feel good about spending $282 to fix my error.
