Crowne Honda is where we purchased our car, and we've gone back for service since then, consistently. They are always prompt, courteous, professional, and perhaps most importantly, "non-gouging"! They make sure to check with me about all parts/labor required, and are very good at keeping my car running perfectly. Gary Phillips in particular is polite, professional, and super-conscientious about helping make the maintenance process quick and top-notch. I am very happy with her service and attention to detail.
