She went over my request and offered options, promptly getting back to me with a diagnosis and an initial estimate which she at my request, discussed with the technician and the Parts department, answering all my questions. When the car was ready she promptly contacted me and provided me with the finals costs, with no surprises. I am very, very pleased with the work performed and how Ms. Daisy attended to my questions and requests. P57VW has a new customer for my VW maintenance and repairs. More
