Very Enjoyable Experience! Mr. Diaz and Mr. Phister made my first experience buying a car through a dealership very comfortable and enjoyable! I had been searching places to get Mr. Diaz and Mr. Phister made my first experience buying a car through a dealership very comfortable and enjoyable! I had been searching places to get a new/used car from and Larry H. Miller Hyundai Peoria had just what I was looking for; a 2013 Dodge Caravan. The process of obtaining the vehicle was very quick and painless especially going through the internet. Mr. Diaz was quick and concise with what he needed from me as well as what he was doing with all my info. He was also in good communication throughout with me as well. When I went into the dealership the following day, my experience there was just the same, but with a lot of laughter thrown into the mix. It made the whole 2 hours I was there go by in a flash. I'm glad I brought my mother with me because she too enjoyed herself and had stated that she would like to do business with Mr. Diaz and Mr. Phister in the future. I am very appreciative of them and providing a very positive experience for me. More

I have in the last month contacted the sales person on an issue with the nitrogen tire system. The sensor system keeps coming on telling me I have low pressure in the rear passenger tire and twice in the last three weeks it has came on. I only have 1700 miles on the vehicle. Last week I texted my sales person did not hear from her so i wrote an email for someone to contact me and still have not heard from anyone so it seems that once you walk out of the dealership your relationship is over, I am going to call the dealer manager or higher if I do not here from someone soon. More

ATTENTION: Females Who Are Not Car Savvy I bought a ATTENTION: Females Who Are Not Car Savvy I bought a Certified PreOwned SantaFe from Larry H Miller Hyundai Peoria last Tuesday (6 days before this ATTENTION: Females Who Are Not Car Savvy I bought a Certified PreOwned SantaFe from Larry H Miller Hyundai Peoria last Tuesday (6 days before this review). I decided to purchase a Certified PreOwned because I've heard good things about the program and since I’m not car savvy, I was worried about unknowingly purchasing a lemon. I chose Hyundai because of the warranty I've heard so much about and I've noticed the quality of vehicle has increased significantly in the last decade. Larry H Miller had the Certified PreOwned SUV that I wanted, and my single female coworker recommended this dealership because she had a good experience with them (once again, not car savvy so I have to go based on others’ experiences) so that's how I ended up there. I purchased the platinum "extra" warranty for an extra $4200 so I wouldn't have to worry about car problems for at least 5 years. I'm on maternity leave for a c-section and haven't been driving much since I purchased the SUV, because the seatbelt cuts across my healing incision. Keep in mind, I haven’t been driving the car. Two days ago (four days after getting the car home) I noticed a crack in the windshield, starting down below view and now climbing up into view over the dash. It's approximately 16 inches long as I'm writing this, 12 inches below view and 4 in view. I just took the car back to the dealership today because I'm sure it was in the windshield before I bought it, based on the length of the crack. They looked at it and pointed to a rock chip and said, You got hit by a rock and that's what cracked it. Except I haven't been hit by a rock. They told me that none of my warranties cover glass, so I have to make a claim with my insurance. I just have to pay my deductible. I told them that it was already there when I bought it. *crickets* No response. When buying the car, they kept telling me that it was at the very lowest price they could offer because it had been on the lot for so long. Now I'm beginning to think they knew there was a problem and they wanted to get the car off their hands without fixing it and without telling me there was a problem. The reason I think this is because AFTER I signed the paperwork, they told me the car had been in an accident. When I looked at him shocked, the salesman asked if I had looked at the Carfax. Am I supposed to know that?? Aren’t they supposed to provide that information BEFORE they sell you a car?? Besides all that, Certified PreOwned vehicles are supposed to have gone through a rigorous 150 point check to ensure safety and quality. I checked and windshield/glass is on the list. So how did I end up with a vehicle with a 16 inch crack in the windshield?? I was worried about buying a lemon which is why I chose Certified PreOwned, and now I’m scared that that’s what I ended up with. I wonder what else was missed or hidden from me on the “150 point inspection.” Now I’m waiting for the rest of the car that is “not under warranty” to break down. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this experience. The Certified PreOwned process is trash. I'm disappointed in Hyundai as a company for promoting a program that's crap, and I certainly don't recommend anyone go to the Larry H Miller dealership unless you want to be ripped off. More

I purchased my 2015 Elantra on Friday UPDATE:: Larry H Miller Hyudai Peoria is fixing the bumper/engine cover and I am again, a very happy camper!!! I purchased my 2015 Elantra on Friday 2/28/20 and was thrilled. Tyler was very informative and helpful. Connor got me in my car at a price that was good for me. However, on the following day I heard a flapping noise, I thought it was the road I was on, as it soon stopped. Sunday, I noticed that flapping noise a lot more, when I was driving 40-50 mph. A friend checked under the car and saw that the engine cover had a screw missing, I was very relieved. Simple resolve, right? Wrong! Sales people said they would never let a car go out that way and that I must have caused it and wanted $800+ to replace cracked bumper and engine cover. I know I would have heard it if I went over a curb or parking block as I have done it in my previous car with a very long front, without causing any serious damage, I might add. I would also like to thank Kevin Nylor and Ana in the service department. You rock! More
