She even caught a value add for me about it being certified after all and including the loyalty credit and submitting a college grad offer as well through BMW. When I came in I thought it was certified and it indicated that on the CarFax but with less than 5k miles and less than 2.5years old it had plenty of warranty left anyways. By it being certified this allowed me to keep financing with BMW versus going through my credit union. Although it was slightly higher by a small margin its their customer service that earned my business. It’s stand up items like this that will keep me a customer and share my positive experience in how upstanding Kuni BMW has been to me. It’s reasons like this I will certainly be back for a third automobile in the future. More
